I was really excited about a marketing role within ifs but just got notice it was canceled. Whyyy? :(

What is the outlook for Business Services at this point? Is the firm completely offshoring all back-office/HR/internal systems roles? Was thinking about trying to transition back to BSV.

How much were raises? I got 1%, is that normal?

To RLs, how are comp increases and bonuses looking this year? Seems like we have the budget since a lot of people were just promoted to SM and Directors.
