How do you cope with the IFS career strategy: No promotions/roles added based on need. I love my team but to get ahead (and more $) I have to apply for roles in other groups and it can be tough...
Do you guys in IFS feel our positions are secure compared to client facing? How at risk are we for layoffs?
Any ideas about when the layoffs start? Also, there must be some hr folks in here - how is the decision made as to who gets laid off immediately after CRT, as opposed to getting a 3 mo./6 mo. PIP?

In Advisory now but looking to switch to IFS (global tech group). Currently making 97k as a SA1. I’m assuming there will be a pay cut, but does anyone know by how much that would be?
Are there any teams in IFS that are aligned to industry pay vs the cohort? Seems that some skills should be paid more than what I hear is a typical pay for that IFS level
