I'm in a very HCOL area and my 165k TC isn't enough to comfortably buy a million dollar house (which is a 50 y/o SFH that needs TLC on prob a 1200 living sqft).

Monthly fixed spending - 20k rent + 10k groceries+ 30k miscellaneous = 60k

Monthly Savings = 71,500

City= bangalore

I invest money in stock market when i have a bit of savings. And planning to buy car. So spending will increase soon.

Is there an “acceptable” amount of time you can take between your recruiter screen and the next round of product sense interviews? Does it matter if you’re interviewing for a specific team?

Any recs for relatively affordable low-key trainers/gyms/programs around? Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice
