Hey Fishes! What level does an Accenture UK 'Graduate' start at? Also could someone give any kind of salary range? This would be a transfer from another company for 2 YOE. If I were to be placed at the 'bottom of the SFBG (Salesforce Business Group). I will soon be having a conversation over accepting the role and wondering what salary to aim for. This is UK based, Manchester. Thanks!

Friend did that with Schwab.
I like Schwab far better than Fidelity. Fidelity is just a painful interface.
If I were to leave USAA I’d consolidate with Schwab.
Separately, TD Bank is a great experience and is in FL.
Regardless of what other accounts you get, open a Schwab high yield checking (have to open a brokerage account but don't need to use it), no fees and they refund all third party ATM fees including international fees so you can use any ATM in the world free
Same with Fidelity checking accounts. It’s the best!

If you're looking to move everything, BofA's Preferred Rewards program is an awesome deal. I get crazy cash back on my credit cards bc it's multiplied by an additional 75%.
ATMs are all over and there's no fees if you're in the program.

OP literally mentioned they’re concerned about fees, and that they already have their IRA (I’m assuming Roth) and 401k with Fidelity. No one should move just their Roth IRA to BofA (they don’t have a 401k solution) just to hopefully get no fees.
BofA is a good choice if you want to keep a large chunk of savings/investments within them alone, but if you use other banks/other services then BofA is useless.
I’m not disagreeing about the convenience factor; I had gone the BofA route up until the pandemic and took advantage of the Preferred Rewards program, but i found there were better options to be smart with my money.
Another +1 for Schwab.
I swear by Ally. Great customer service, solid online tools and tech, competitive products.
You can use any ATM, and they refund your fees at the end of the month.

Capital One 360.
Fidelity has a cash mgmt account that I’ve been using as a checking account for years, no issues. They reimburse ATM fees, internationally too.
I keep a separate local credit union for a savings account. (And for the random need of a cashiers check, for example.)
Schwab, Fidelity, JP Morgan, TD, etc etc etc they’re all the same. If you’re looking for an account with basic checking account features, any of them will do.
How often do you go to a bank? If rarely or never, would you look at using an online bank? I have Discover and like them. When they first started, you got 10 cents for every bill pay you did, every check you wrote, and every debit card purchase made. They haven’t done that in years, but I’ve still stuck with them since I’ve been happy with them. I charge everything to a credit card (Visa or Discover) for security and rewards.

Love ally bank, esp considering they have a higher interest rate on their checking account
If you need somewhere with a physical bank, see what’s close to you and has no fees; TD bank or credit unions might be a good option

Ally uses the Allpoint ATM system which is available at nearly every store for free (think CVS or Dunkin or Walmart or something); you can also use at a regular bank ATM and even if you get hit with a fee you’ll get covered/reimbursed for it.
