Working at a company and they can’t seem to hold on to their female, black and people of color employees. I blinked and 3 of the people who were in my onboarding class were either fired or they left. For context I’ve been in company less than a year and there are people who have been in the company 25yrs. I’m thinking of cutting loose before it gets to my turn.

We’re starting to interview for my copywriter partner this week, but I don’t have any creative leadership above me (I’m also the only creative with agency experience at the company) so I’m nervous about being the only one looking at prospective partners.

What should the salary be for a vet with 8 years doing Logistics to Financials, Amazon Manager for 1.25 yrs, PROS 2.25 years as Sr. Buyer who is also a contract specialist. Current Vendor Manager, Travel Manager and Corporate Card Manager but trasient for about 1.5 years and currently controlling. Contract Labor Work Orders for a year with negotiations through Covid.
