SNAP and AAPL have been on my radar. Depending on Thursday’s CPI data, we can see these stocks rally until earnings.
Also, a lot of people on this bowl love APPS. ZDGE reminds me of APPS. ZDGE earnings come out Wednesday, potential short term upside
Nvda seems good too

Congrats to CLOV believers.
I’m on the opposite side of that one - fortunately with $500 in puts so don’t have to sell my house.
Picked up a few Vix calls for some insurance…going to pick up a bit more tmr. Anyone with me?
For VIX I do 2-3 months out, unless the VIX has been low for a while and the market is getting overextended. For example, last Aug when the market was grinding higher, I entered VIX calls on Aug 28 or thereabouts, but my Expiration was for Oct. But, I knew that a pullback was likely to happen in the next 30-40 days, so I could afford to go a bit closer in exp.
In the current situation, VIX just had a massive spike a few weeks ago, and we are entering the summer period which is usually lower volume and lower volatility. So, I don't want to get too heavy on July calls as there could be a lull in the VIX. The one caveat to this is the CPI report and Fed meeting for the next 2 weeks. So, my July calls are a play on that. However, if I am wrong and those events don't product any big spike in the VIX, then I would add to my August calls.

I love days when you’re down a 1-2% on the open, you find some good buys, and then end flat or a bit ahead - with those morning buys up 1-2%.
Usually makes for a great setup for the next day.
I left myself far too exposed in Q1 off the back of Q4 wins. Building back up with a far more conservative approach to options. I treat them like hot potatoes and I only have one at a time.

Check out LAZY. It is being included in Russell 2000 in mid June.
I got calls on VALE as well as GEO and CXW.
Sold at the high 11.00. I had a 500% return which was good for me.

Same.
GEO & CXW. Winners for me today!
GEO - Short Float % was at 50% which raised my eyebrows, but also its financials. EV/EBITDA was in good range along with its stellar past earnings reports. Gave me the confidence i needed to understand that this was a hugely undervalued company.
CXW - Similar to GEO, the EV/EBITDA was in good range and figured their recent deal with the Ohio prisons would add more value to its undervalued price in the market
Both hugely undervalued companies. Guess the timing was right. I expected movement later in the year.
