8 months being hired under a toxic manager, trying to stay positive for the 12 month mark to start transitioning. My spirit has been destroyed

I have noticed that other minority bowls (based on ethnicity) often have posts about racism they faced and how they are lagging behind because they belong to a certain group. I don’t want to debate on that here. What I want to ask is that I have rarely seen such posts about racism in this bowl. Is it because we don’t face it as much as some of the other races do? Or is there just lesser awareness about reporting it? Or something else? Hoping for constructive discussion.
