Accepted an offer for 150k with another b4 (currently at D) with 4 YOE. I should be happy and jumping with this number but being an 1st gen immigrant, this number is too unreal/scary to me. Why some Managers and Leads are obsessed over faster delivery? I have found this behaviour specifically within India Based firms or clients. I mean quality work takes time. Better designing takes time. Ni bas jaldi krdo! I mean its not food that will rotten if 2 ka 3 din hogya! Seriously start the work in chaos and then later say “We understand everything is complicated in this project but it is how it is and we have to work hard to tackle this!” I mean it was you who made it complicated!
