The male female ratio in this company is anyways one of the worst among other companies in DLF area. Thats why they try to show off that they value diversity. However the type of work culture that they have, no woman would like to continue for a longer period of time. They build so much pressure under the umbrella of "startup like speed" that its not sustainable in the long run for any woman or even men. Another reason of hiring young females is the fact that they would initially be obedient and sincere and would quietly do their work. Also mostly this organization gives NME or PME rating to women only because women are not that great at buttering or bootlicking like men. Its easier to ignore women's opinions during meetings so that insecure male management folks can get all the visibility and europe trip chance. This whole company is hollow ..just trying to showoff by giving free meals and some other perks which sometimes cant even be availed due to tons of work.

By the way why are you getting offended by hearing the harsh truth? Was it personal or you are someone who is bothered that the reality will be exposed to outsiders?
Ofcourse I will change or switch jobs. Who has joined to be here for ever ( except for the ones who are the initial founding members and close circle of senior management) ? The only constant thing in the world is change. But change happens at the right time (also when it is destined) and when it comes with the right opportunity. Also, if I was competent enough to get hired here, then ofcourse i can get a job somewhere else too.
