Does anyone else feel like instead of reviewing all the increased work we’ve been doing and releveling accordingly, the firm is just rewriting our current job scope to include the increased work?

Probably a dumb ? but I’ve had my site locked for the past year as I procrastinate updating with more recent work; why would recruiters continue to reach out for job opps if they haven’t seen my work?
