I had an interview last week (25th Oct) with PWC UK, anyone have any idea when I am likely to find out the outcome. Cant find anything about it online, I am so impatient, I need to just try and forget about it, but I dont want to invest my time in applying for other roles either. I feel like everything is on pause at the moment. If anyone has any idea’s or knows of any delays etc I’d be grateful if you could share.

How do you tell a company that you have upcoming in-person interviews for, that you want to withdraw from the process? Did some more research and it doesn’t sound like a good place to be at.

Hoping for some advice re: job interviews. How can I respond to questions around measurable impacts of my marketing work on revenue? In previous roles because of lack of resources / attribution system we could only measure things like leads, attendance rate, click rate etc. not the actual final impact on B2B revenue generated. Very good feedback always from management & I believe I did a great job, but feeling I couldn’t point out to real final outcomes. Afraid this will hurt my chances.

She’s nervous about the pregnancy and isn’t sure when to tell them. I thought I’ll ask on this group since I’m not sure what I would do in her situation. I manage programs at multiple hospital across the state. I’ve been doing this with much success for >10yrs (I’m the long standing top performer). When my boss was elevated to Sr Director over many depts, we were promised a manager role would open. That FTE was given to another dept. I have an interview with another division in the same org, it would be lateral move but a growing division. How can i leverage that for a leadership position in my current area? Or should I move on?

I was promoted to manager in Jan but received an offer with a 35% salary increase and much cheaper health insurance outside the firm. I am 85% sure I’ll take the offer, but wanted to see if anyone could think of acting I may be missing out on by leaving? FYI my inflation increase was larger than my promotion increase and my student loan payments also were stopped since I’m no longer an SA. I think what is holding me back is my guilt for my immediate team but just want to check.

I know a few managers on the team hired in at 110-120 thousand but have also heard I can expect a 5% raise or less moving up internally, which would put me around 25% below that.
