I would have a talk with her, but wouldn't bring it up to HR. Flirty does not necessarily mean they have anything else going on.
I agree not brining up to HR. Also, if there is something going on it’s none of my business. I just want to make sure she’s ok. It’s hard for me to understand why something wouldn’t be ok before, but now is and even a little reciprocated by her.
Maybe have a little check in with her? Especially as you spoke to her about it before. It’s strange that she was affected by it before, but is supposedly ok with the flirty relationship now? Something isn’t adding up.
That’s exactly it. Something doesn’t feel right, but I don’t know what it is. And I’m aware it’s not really my place, but I’d still like to be supportive of her.
How about you keep your nose out of something that is not your problem.
Why do you need to do anything?????
It's their situation and something that has nothing to do with you
Just want to make sure my coworker is ok. I don’t need to know any details. It’s hard for me to know something bothered her so much before where she told me she went home to cry versus now seems totally fine with everything.
