A few months back my coworker told me that a higher up manager (about 15-20 years older and married) had a little too much to drink at a work party and got a bit touchy with her. At the time she was pretty affected by it, but she didn’t want to escalate it so I supported her. Fast forward to today, they almost seem to have a very flirty relationship. He’s not her direct boss, but same department. Should I do anything here? They are both adults and seem to both enjoy the dynamic currently.

I will be joining IBM next week in Bangalore ( physical onboarding ) and my hometown is in West bengal , My father is having health problems , mother won't be able to handle everything and no such person we can rely on . Also I am getting married in January . Hence If i stay in Bangalore there will be no one to take responsibility for my marriage prep also . Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike. Please let me know how much I can ask for.
