My 13 year old daughter has a therapist (through school), who has been awesome during COVID. We find giving her someone else to talk to actually opens up our conversations with her. The therapist told my daughter she might have OCD on a recent call.

My wife (unbeknownst to me) hears this news from our daughter, looks around her disaster of a bedroom and says “I doubt anyone with OCD would EVER live in a mess like this.” And then my wife points to her bookshelf and says “At the minimum, someone with OCD would organize that”

A few hours later, my daughter tells me she is upset because she might have OCD (again, I had no idea my wife & daughter had already talked). I looked at her bookshelf and said “Someone with OCD would’ve organized that bookshelf by book size & frequency of use”

A few hours later, as my wife and I were going to bed, we looked in our daughter’s bedroom and she was cleaning her room!

We bow are wondering if there are any other afflictions which will get our daughter to clean the rest of the house.
