I’m almost a second year attorney in family law. I have made brief appearances in hearings, but nothing really major. I am an outgoing person and have no problem working out issues and speaking to the partner and senior associates. However, I have so much anxiety about court, particularly long arguments. I am extremely nervous and feel like I’m going to freeze. I do believe I’m capable, but I feel like I have a long way to go. Any tips? I’m doing great in all other areas more or less.

When drafting an MSJ is it better to address the ways that OC might overcome it; or is it better to just generally say why you’re entitled to MSJ and avoid tackling the finer issues that your MSJ presents?

Idk who needs to be told this but, if you're trying to get a referral into a company, do NOT apply before you're referred.

The person referring you (probably) won't get a referral bonus if you do it this way.

Identify the job(s) you want to apply for, have your friend refer you, then apply. This has been the way it works for my last 3 jobs and my experienced friends still mess this up
