Hey Fishers please help me to get 11 💙 ?
Hi fishes,
Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

That's kind of a silly question since you can't really know what you'd change until you've actually worked there and seen what needs changing. I'd keep my answer intentionally vague and talk about processes I've implemented successfully in the past without dragging their company in the process. I feel like that's really what they're after anyway - a real example that shows how you think and work, instead of a hypothetical answer.

I agree with you. I felt the same in the moment. It seemed risky to comment on something I had not experienced yet. Framing it around examples of improvements I have led elsewhere would probably show my thinking without criticising their team.
That would be a hard question for anyone to answer. I think I would ask what the issues are that they are currently seeing amongst the team, and then tell them what I could contribute to help change that. But you are right, criticizing things without knowing may rub someone the wrong way.

That is a smart way to handle it. Turning the question back slightly and asking what challenges they are seeing would give context. Then the answer becomes collaborative rather than sounding like I am judging a place I have never worked.
