Need help, I have relevant experience and good reputation among team. I want promotion in this cycle to manager level but the thing is the seniors I have, managers and senior managers are with PwC SDC for long time, so they are not ready to promote me with 4.5 years of experience. Can you please guide me on how can make it work?

I joined pwc sdc bangalore as a fresher right after my college (my very first job). I was scrolling the bowl, I noticed a lot of people switching jobs from different companies to pwc.
