congrats, getting through is a real signal you presented well under a pretty odd format. one thing thatll keep you sane with these AI screens: a pass mostly means you fit the filter, not that you got more capable than the attempt that failed, so try not to over-weight either result. the ones actually worth taking seriously are where the AI has you work through a real task, not just answer questions. that at least tests something close to the job.
Absolutely! In my opinion, that’s the easier part. As a black person, it may be easier to get a job with AI (an ethical and objective one), compared to real humans. The human bias makes it harder sometimes. I believe people from other races (including white people from particular demographic groups) experience this too.
Objectivity and interviews is a big topic of debate.

Micro1 do various things, including offering their AI interview software to other companies, e.g. Alignerr/Labelbox use them for their AI training recruitment processes. Some jobs they advertise are for themselves, others they're recruiting for other AI companies, it's a bit hit and miss.
