Do people working in IB, PE, Consulting, etc. get any financial aid when applying for top MBA programs (M7 or T15)?

I’m a pharmacist and currently doing an MBA. I have only 2 YOE as a pharmacist and I’m trying to find a career path that will suit me. I completely regret choosing pharmacy and I want to reorient myself. Any advices as where to start applying? ( FYI I particularly enjoyed finance during the master)

Does PHR certification help in India, as this is globally recognised how much valuable is this currently in indian job market.

My company is giving me a reimbursement while I go to school. It’s capped to induce me to study part time. I decided to go full time. Pay the difference out of pocket so I can graduate quicker. Graduated in April with my PharmD/MBA degrees. I did two great biopharma internships, had my resume professionally edited, perfected my interview skills and started applying to jobs in January. I have talked to 20 plus recruiters maybe 3 have actually gotten me interviews the rest ghost me. Although, my offer letter mentions I will be working remotely and no need to come to office. Is there anyone else who is in the same situation, i.e from Gurgaon Location.
