After hireview & 1 technical round I have been asked to submit an assessment paper on a scenario in BP ( British Petroleum) on which I am yet to hear.
Submitted earlier last week and was told there would be another round on assessment. Can anybody tell how many rounds are there in BP?

During Bosch HR round, I've conveyed my salary expectations. The HR for once, didn't argue the figure quoted. Instead just said, that the offer would be released post approval from business head.

Now, I've filled in firststeps portal details as well. When should I expect the offer to be released? And how frequently should i follow up with the recruiter?
Also, does not countering my demands of requisite salary mean that they'll provide the figure I've asked for?. Kindly suggest.
