After my bench period was over. HR asked me to resign. She mentioned that I need to serve one month notice and then I will get 60 days severance pay in FNF.
my last working day she mentioned would be after 30 days from the resignation. My question is if I get any offer and another company asked to join before the last working day can I go to HR and ask them to release me early? I know the possibility that they will say yes and relieve me early but in that case will I get two months severance

Anyone have slow months where you burn through a lot of your allotted pro bono/professional development hours to keep hitting minimum daily hours? The past few weeks have been like this for me. Should I be concerned (I.e., will this reflect poorly on me, come review time? Will I have dug myself too much of a hole if I keep burning my non-billable hours?) As part of TCS onboarding, the BGV check third party company has sent message today to verify address through a link. In the address proof, they have given just 3 drop downs. 1)Aadhar card 2)DL 3) Ration card. The supporting document for my present address proof, I just have rental agreement which is not in this list. What to do? Aadhar has my permanent address. DL has my other city address which I had made while I was in that city. No ration card existing. Can I just upload Aadhar card again?
