How does a role in clinical affairs differ from clinical research? Any clinical affairs manager out there to shed some light? Wondering if clinical affairs will have more sciencey roles.

I’ve applied to PM roles at many biotech companies (e.g. Charles River, ICON, Paraxel) but only got 1 interview which didn’t work out. Which companies should I look to for an entry level PM role?
