My YOE is 5.3 and I am holding around 24 lpa offer now TCS has started my visa processing for uk.I have an query that, should i stay in tcs and go onsite or go with other companies.

I interviewed at a law firm and had my final round last Friday. The Tuesday afterward, I got a call from the recruiter saying the firm won’t have a decision for another week. I believe they’re interviewing other candidates. Does that make me second or third choice? And does the fact that I’m working with a recruiter hurt my chances of being selected due to the commission? Should I hold out for the offer or is 1+ week a sign that I won’t be selected?

Would I still need to relocate to base location if I’m putting my papers down?

Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview. Does this mean that they are waiting for others to complete their interview or am I rejected? If not ,how many days they tak appxm to make a decision. New to Toronto, moved to the west end of town/ just past - in Etobicoke.
