After reading few negative reviews in the Glassdoor, I was little reluctant earlier to join Onward Technologies. But post joining - the work culture, women safety, work life balance, transparency in Management, leaders are easily approachable, and openness to new ideas and initiatives - impressed me a lot. On top of everything MD visiting offices every quarter and providing Rewards & Recognition is very motivating. Happy to be part of Onward Technologies - hoping for a successful experience.

I would love to find a 100% remote role as a mid level EA at a company with an awesome work culture. I think I’m ready to be challenged again, I find myself bored in my current role… I’m open to any industry but would love to get into tech. Our district is so lax on the students this year. With tech issues and distance learning days, we’ve gone from accommodating to enabling real quick. No penalties for late work, taking excuses for attendance, lower academic and behavioral standards... We were beginning to make so much progress on transforming our school culture, but this year is erasing that and then some. Is anyone else concerned about how to raise the expectations and students’ self-discipline back to pre-enabling levels?

I’m not bad with money but definitely lots of room to improve overall, due to several personal factors I don’t want to list in full here (numerous unanticipated medical bills, bad boyfriends, etc.) Hence why I only have $3k in savings right now. My first mini goal is to have $5k saved by the end of December. I need motivation and words of encouragement. If I pay off my medical bills, I won’t make my goal.
