After taking a career break in November 2025 due to personal reasons, I am now actively looking for a new opportunity in the banking and financial services sector.

Leaving my previous bank was not an easy decision, but at that point, my personal responsibilities needed my complete attention. Those responsibilities have now been addressed, and I am fully prepared and excited to return to work with renewed energy, commitment, and focus.

Is it easy to get pigeonholed into doing ServiceNow work once I agree to get trained in it for my firm's practice? I think it'll be great learning a new skill, but don't want it to be a forever thing.

At MBB, level for level, do implementation practitioners make the same as generalists?

When I spoke with HR she said that their was some confusion and with name and they have send wrong offer letter but except my CTC and joining date everything was same my email id, my home address everything. And now I have been asked to wait, HR says they will raise again. And its been 3 days now I can not accept the previous offer also and I cant even resign from my current company. What should I do?

Why the resource team is wrongly mapping to higher level management role project proposals. Like 4 yr experienced people are being proposed for 10 year experience requirement.

Hi All - I’m at a firm that has some infrequent in-house training but not enough to help me develop skills to eventually become a trial lawyer. I know cases rarely make it to trial anymore, but I’d like to develop my skills as much as possible to position myself well when they do. I'll go first: on a last night out for a navy guy I'd dated for like 6mo he dragged us to king street where i never enjoy, at the bar w the toss the ring game a couple was fucking in the bathroom and the guy in front of me in line was mad about it taking so long so he started banging on the door trying to break it down and started to fight them when they came out. So we escaped to kickbacks where a customer threw a drink at the waitress who subsequently pulled a 🔪
