Hi Fishes,
Cleared interview with AWS but the role went on freeze, HR said my result is valid for 6 months and may choose to directly extend an offer when role is again available. Can anyone in AWS share any insights about the current freeze and if you see things getting better within 6 months.

After 7.5 yrs I thought of changing company. With 50% preparation I cracked my
First interview, but after that I didn’t get , then I faced lots of rejections, and again got one. So you can apply without any fear. May be you already know everything, you don’t need to prepare.
I felt totally unprepared, but still with whatever knowlege I had was able to crack good companies, you might fail in few but also crack couple of them. Just give it a go, this will also give you idea how prepared you are and where you are lacking.
Give interviews for companies you don't really want to join, just to condition your nerves.
By the time you apply for your dream company, you'll be accustomed to the pressure and perform better

Without any luck or miracle, yes. It's really hard to wiggle your way out if you are not prepared. But still give it a try.
all I can say is that you miss all the shots you don't take. how are you going to get in, if you don't apply in the first place?
I don't think so. Just be yourself.
