Hi all,
Can anyone please refer me for business analyst.
I did post grad from IIT delhi in chemical engineering. Currently working with chemical engineering firm from 8 months. I didn't find myself interested in chemical line work. Learned sql & python to switch as business analyst.
I will appreciate any suggestions to help me in this scenario.

When will cognizant give increment. I joined on May 10 2020. Rating received is 5. Associate level.

What is industry comp like in the UK for internal strategy, portfolio strategy, BD&L type roles? I'm most interested in AD/D level, but also progression from there. Lastly, how does this vary by pharma, commercial biotech, and pre-commercial biotech? I've done a bit of looking Glassdoor, but would appreciate hearing about offers in the last year or so. Thanks

I am working as business PM on critical project and implemented a regulatory solution which helped bank saving YoY 1 Mio USD - in today's dept. town hall, my manager(cluster PM) along with dept. head presented a case study of my project on how innovative solution can save millions for a bank - disappointed that I was not even mentioned once and worse part was that, the slide they presented was also prepared by me ☹️ - never felt so low and insulted - how should i take this experience??
