The fundamental reason for any business to start is to earn profits if it's not a non-profit org. But, what if the business is owned by the consumers itself. And consumers become shareholders of the business.
1) People fund the business
2) People buy products from it
3) People share profits if there are some.
Goal of such business:
1) Not for profits
2) Increase employment in country
3) Make in India boost

Hi! I'm currently doing a part time remote Job for an American company as a graphic designer. I'm still in college and am planning to hold this job for atleast 2 years till my graduation. I wanted to know if a part time job counts as a valid YOE or will it be seen to be less than a full time job? I joined HCL in july 2021 & completed one year in july 2022. Currently I am serving notice period and my last working day is December 7th. I resigned in September month
