New Job Joining: Aug 30.
​Defense: My EPF DOE for the old job shows Exit Date: Aug 28 (No overlap) and records '16 NCP Days'. EPS DOE: 14 Sept.
Logic: I physically left Aug 28. The gap until Sept 14 was unpaid settlement (NCP).
​Q: Since old HR won't confirm physical exit, will Big 4 BGV accept EPF Date + NCP proof to clear 'Dual Employment'?"

Are freelance consultants more expensive to the consulting firm than normal FT staff? If so, how and why?
