Due to inflation at its highest rate since 1982, I feel that I am not being paid enough. I can’t afford things on a day to day basis and I think I can make the same amount of money in gig jobs for cash downtown. During the Trump administration I was doing just fine financially - now it costs me so much just to get to work. Is it appropriate to have an inflation conversation with my bosses or should I just pick up shifts as a bartender at night - I need to make about 600 more a month to make it.

I am seeking advice for a summer internship for 2023. I am a Junior CS student and have two offers. One being Bank of America Global Technology in their Plano office. My other is from Deloitte for their GPS Business Technology Solutions Consultation position. I haven't had a previous internship prior. Hospice Social Worker here in Portland OR.. I took my current position in May at $38 an hour.
