Hey Microsoft I’m currently in a level 35 role after coming from Amazon. I have a Bachelors in Comms. I wasn’t aware of the level system for Microsoft since the hiring managers never told me what I would be only that they wanted me to start in this role as jump off point to corporate. Basically I wanted to know coming from my role a non technical role would a great fit to be a CSAM or CSM with Microsoft If don’t have a ton of technical experience? Thanks!
“Go little rockstar played in my head” as I was making this and typing out Accenture
Detroit ain’t it chief. No amount of ford commercials about “grit” can change my mind
I actually agree. I am a former ford employee 😶🌫️.
educational obtainment in Detroit is pitiful due to decades of underfunding and top school grads leaving the state— I think that seriously impacts the city. So few educated people In the city means there is very little money circulating and it really hurts the city’s economy. These coding boot camps are cute, but they’re still not college degrees so … we’ll see how they impact the city. I’m very curious

You really putting Accenture up there with the tech giants?
Tbh I kinda looked at it as Accenture “leading the pack” of engineers as the only “consulting company” in recent times (or maybe ever? Idk) to try to give back to Detroit and not only come in to cut jobs. ☕️ 🐸
Ya know… like BCG did with ford a few years ago for “smart redesign” and I’m sure McKinsey is involved with as well. Haven’t heard Bain talked much about in Michigan though.
aahhahh lol
definitely himself
This is classic
The brain drain in Detroit is real. Top U of Michigan grads don’t stay in state
