If you passed the CPA exams in your first year in PA but are about accept an investment banking analyst position, would you still apply for the license?

The CW that I’d work the longest with (for about 3 years) had just being promoted to ECD on a big cool shop after very good run. Meanwhile I was just promoted to ACD at an OK medium shop after a very torturous run that almost made me quit ad life for good.

Saw my therapist this past Friday and he gave me a useful trick to build better behavior patterns. Whenever you have work to do but would rather nap or something, tell yourself 3 negative effects of the nap and 3 positive effects of doing the work. You might still take the nap, but if you can get in the habit of thinking of it negatively, you'll take less naps when you need to be doing other things.

Doesn't matter what the activities are. Could be working out vs eating more, could be socializing IRL vs wasting time in FB (lol)

So yesterday, I was in the running for 2 positions in the same division at Goldman Sachs, got invited yesterday to go for a 3rd position after they submitted my HireVue, all of this is in the Salt Lake City office. They came back to me shortly after that saying they were inviting me to a superday next week for all 3 positions. If anyone knows what the next steps are, I’d appreciate any info or insight. short, I manage a team that ensures all Key
Data Elements are correctly reported
amongst many different systems in Front,
Middle and Back offices. Each of these Key
Data Elements are compared to banking
policies, procedures and reporting
requirements. I have 15 years experience
in the banking world. What would be an
acceptable base pay for this position at
other firms?

Need opinions on Mizuho FP&A, currently in interviews and considering a switch w/ +30% base.

I went through two rounds of interviews for
a job that the posting stated $36.66 per
hour (FP&A Analyst)…the company
recruiter had told me in the initial call the
pay could be 32-36 because of the other
benefits. If I do get a job offer what range
should I try for? I was really hoping to get
around the 36-40 but now I feel like they
may try to offer lower than what was
posted. Also there was no range but the
average for this position is upper 70s-90k.
