Hi all, I was offered 19 LPA by FIS for Lead Analyst project management in Mohali location. I have 9.5 years of experience and 3.5 years of scrum master experience. I have negotiated and asked for around 22 LPA as I’m holding another offer by accenture with 21 LPA (16.8 L fixed), Gurgaon locations . Just wanted to know how much should I expect with my experience and this role.
Does FIS consider renegotiation once offer letter is rolled out.

Absolutely not, nurses are just as overworked as we are. Especially with COVID. Watching my family members in healthcare and knowing what they go through on a daily basis this is a walk in the park
For me I know I’m mentally not cut out for it. Now, if I have a bad / off day, don’t sleep well, etc, what’s the worst that will happen? My video edit isn’t quite as good as it might have been? I’m not as careful choosing what take to use? I send an email with a typo? I just couldn’t live with my ‘off days’ literally meaning someone might die or I made a wrong call about someone’s health.
Definitely not, I have nurses in the family and while they have a clear sense of purpose, their working conditions and burnouts are much more severe than ours. They have my infinite respect but I'll keep to my desk job
I recently had a kid and had to stay in the hospital for a few nights and saw a few shift changes. There was definitely a big difference from when the nurses started their shifts and when they ended. These were some bad ass people, but they definitely looked rough by the end of their shift. It wasn’t some or most, it was all of them. Hats off, but I can’t do what they do.
I mean I fantasize about construction work sometimes but that’s what it is—a fantasy. Grass usually isn’t greener, ESPECIALLY nursing which is way more draining on more dimensions (physical, emotional, mental), strange hours, and literally life or death.
At the end of the day, we have a cushy desk job even if it is often frustrating and stressful.
husband is an ICU nurse and it at one of the best hospitals in the country and doesn't make as much as you'd think, like 90k at the absolute top.

Definitely trying to find a role that’s more in demand than mine. But I’m squeamish (I’ll faint!) so nursing isn’t it for me.
It has crossed my mind a few times..
