Remind yourself that you're alive, breathing. Could be worse my friend. Start there and I'm sure your work issues won't seem as bad.

Well that too, OP, but in the more immediate term, generally doing nice things :)
Sit down and the take a deep breath and write down why you feel lost. Keep asking why at the end you will come with the reason on why you are feeling lost. Once you know the reason, look at ways to take action so that the feeling you feel goes away. Another good thing would be to talk to someone who can help you understand why you feeling this way about your work and job. Hope that helps :)
Go and see a movie, or take a nice walk. Read a book. Anything to remind yourself that the world is big and beautiful and full of interesting things. Keep your chin up, friend x

Try giving yourself direction by setting a goal for yourself - professional or personal - something to work towards and get excited about.
I just recently did. Move to LA. Apparently I picked a bad time to set that goal...
