Any Idea why Flatmates look for single occupancy in free rooms? Even if that's a 3bhk with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms with enough space for 2 persons to stay in a room. When we ask those who post the requirement can 2 person share that room together. They are saying No we are allowing only single occupancy. Same for 2bhk 4bhk.

I am Not sure what is benefit or disadvantage in either scenarios. I am frustrated without knowing an answer for this. If someone knows please enlighten me.
