I am an FE with 7.1 yrs of exp looking for a change. So far I've seen the packages are boxed at 30lpa at my exp and Angular framework, I Have some exposure to AWS devOps as well. While all other companies (witch one's) are delaying variable pay or cutting it out.
Capgemini remained honest and giving variable pay early as they had very good profit this year(like all other witch companies)

From 15th November will TCS employee need to report to "ODC Location"? If their "base location" and "ODC Location" is different; will they get deputation benefits i.e. "air ticket, tata quarter, deputation allowance"? Hello! I’ve previously only dated white guys. While in quarantine I’ve gone on dil mil and made an effort with brown guys on apps. Surprised to find that many live at home or visit home often in mid 20s, are not financially independent, cannot cook for themselves etc. Is this typical? Or maybe it’s just the area I live in.
