Any thoughts on quitting a job and moving on after 2 weeks? I recently started a job and it’s the opposite of what I was told. I was told that it was going to be “leading” role on projects but it’s more supporting; and I formally report to 1 person, but in reality, I report to 2-3 others; the location is also weekly split btwn 2 locations, 1 of which has a longer commute (they told me it would be irregular at first). I feel like this is a bait and switch situation. Any advice?

I loathe Monday morning meetings. We have a monthly team meeting at 8:00am PT and it makes me so mad! 😂 It’s always on a Monday, and I have the hardest time getting motivated for them. Normally I wake up at 6:30am, check the news, stocks, shower, eat breakfast, get dressed and start answering emails at 8am.. no speaking meetings until 10am. However, on the team meeting Monday’s, I’m scrambling to do my morning routine and get setup to present/share my screen.. I hate them. We all hate them lol!

Until about 4 months down the line, he announced to quit. It's about half of year now since I started to feel ever so alone, hopeless and helpless in the team. The actual work is within my capability, but takes me ages to learn coz the overall team is not so collaborative and lacks communication... Maybe I need anew job

So physically and mentally tired, I don't know how long I can keep up with work anymore. Told my senior management that I'm burning out, only to be blessed with another secondment. I now have two going at the same time, plus other client work, new business work, and managing scroundels.
