I am looking for a very motivated woman who makes her own decisions and decides where and how long she works.
Generally most men want Feminine and fit women. Men don’t want extreme career women that would prioritize that over their family.

Most of the comments are based on wild speculation. I have yet to see a link to a single social or psychological study.
Let’s just say I’d rather marry a woman who wants to be a mom. I’d like a family.

No to both, women operate unconsciously with a phenomenon known as hypergamy. Unless I am a shark making 400k+ a year, you will leave me if you make more for a male who makes more than you.
The more you move up in your career the more I have to compete with you or you will become resentful that I am not the alpha of the relationship and cuck me or leave me. I will never date a women with that kind of drive, to much risk.

Lol C3 is right. C1, you do know plenty of men on here talk exactly like this 😂

Ambition and drive are a positive personality trait, but a high job position is utterly meaningless to a good connection.
My ideal would be someone who makes good money, but channels more of that passion into things that make her/us happy
There are men who like driven women but they are a minority or lazy.
Majority of men don't want you earning more than them.
Men say they don’t care until they prove they do
Men are attracted to hot women
Pro-tip: Become a lesbian and then you can spend the rest of your life with someone that doesn’t need you to make less than them to feel good about themselves. And you’ll probably have a lot more orgasms.
If only we could choose. I would not pick men…

Why can't men provide the childcare? I'm so glad my husband does it because I don't have the patience for full time childcare. These men assuming all men need to hire someone if their wife doesn't do it need to speak for themselves. Being a full time parent isn't lazy.
I’m okay either way. My current SO is very career driven and wants to make partner at her firm. I earn more now and have potential to do so, but if she needs my support at home to attain that career goal, I’m totally happy being a house husband and playing golf.

Most men would want 9-5 who does her job well and makes good money for the 35-40 hours a week and entertains herself and has a life but after 5 doesn’t do much work.
However I like tall powerful women who dominate the workplace and are ambitious and successful so I wouldn’t mind if we talk about work here and there and if she works weekends during the day. I’d rather us both have some balance in life too. No reason to always be together like a 40 hour a week job
If you plan to have kids, marry the woman you would want your daughter to become if you had one. Early 20s me just prioritized looks, but I realized 1. Life is hard and you want a partner who can carry their own weight and make you better 2. If you aren’t with someone hardworking and intelligent, you’ll prob run out of things to talk about
Plus, having a >500k HHI income is fantastic. Yes, not all high earning/ambitious/smart people work beyond 9-5, but I’m assuming you’re alluding to someone who may be more average in terms of intelligence, drive, and income by saying “9-5”

I don't define people's worth or compatibility by their job habits.

If you want to date, that’s awesome and have fun. If you want to live a long and happy life together, find a kind decent intelligent fun human being.

I think men are intimidated by but more attracted to career driven women. But once men are ready to have kids, they become more pragmatic and prioritize good childcare over having dual income.
Pro
It depends on what level she's at in her career.
I like ambition. But I don't think ambition has to mean working 12 hours a day.
