You have to practice and accept failure in initial interviews is a part of life. The job I got was the one I cared least about, and that’s been the trend throughout the last 10 years. I don’t focus on something (and it can be something even better than what I’m targeting), and things just happen 😂 - the point is to be confident and use whatever mantra to get there. For me, I have to fail a lot and practice for interviews a lot. I need to read company 10-Ks, do Rocketblocks, and practice my answers before I sleep. That’s what got me there

I had my kind of hr round with TCS
They did not have a detailed discussion regarding the compensation .
But they told i will be getting link for uploading documents and then hr would be discussing for compensation.
