What is considered a “large” caseload in employment litigation? I work at a large L&E boutique law firm and handling about 14-15 active litigation cases in state/federal court or arbitration. Some of these matters are multi-plaintiff and multi-defendant cases, but none are class actions. This does not include any matters I am handling in the charge stage or in pre-litigation. Not sure if that’s a typical caseload or not?

Making the switch from plaintiff to defense L&E in January. Would love any and all tips from people who’ve made the jump (including partners who may have supervised these types of attorneys!)

HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? I have recovered from Corona Virus. Its 6 weeks now and I can tell you that the after effects are real. I have anxiety that I will never get over the fatigue, brain fog, inability to form sentences and words and headaches which make my work days very difficult to get thru.

I want to work for The Walt Disney Company corporate offices. Anywhere. I don't care where there's an office. I want to work for that company. I don't know how to drive in rain or snow, but if they have an office in places that snow, I WILL MAKE THE SACRIFICE 🤣
