What can I do if I believe I’m being overcharged for utilities. I was charged prorated around 125 for 11 days for water and electricity (this is my share in a four bedroom apartment). I think this is crazy expensive for utilities for 11 days. I did just move to Austin, is it normal for utilities to be this high ?

I left Deloitte month but i have not received any full and final settlement and release documents. How much time does it take for Deloitte to process. My concern is with release documents more after resignation I have not received any email from Deloitte on my personal ID in next organisation i need releasing letter. How does one declare investments regarding ppf and HRA, i joined UST on 11 april and my payroll portal is still not active ( HR told post first salary it will be active ) .
I want to avoid getting alot of tax deducted in my forst salary, could anyone suggest the same.
