Got my bachelors degree in civil engineering in China. Passed all four CPA exams in 2010. I have less than 1 yr exp working in a CPA firm. What do I need to do to get the CPA License in NY?

Looking for any tips! I am CA qualified with 3 YOE in external audit and 1 in internal audit now. Don’t see in a future in IA so thinking of doing MBA and making a move out. Anyone who did MBA post external/ internal audit. Is it worth it and what role did you take post MBA?? Any help appreciated!!

Hey anyone has advice on fixed income execution trader in a buy side firm? Sizable firm, good team, very low pay, okay wlb, been here for a year and working for 4 years in total, was sales/ small firm analyst before. Though trading is fun, but can’t think of executing orders for another 10 years. Trying to get on track of fixed income analyst - am doing some research in my spare time for my team now. Frankly, EY path to partner seems to be too clouded (long pipeline, no clear direction/path, uncertainty on promotion cycles, etc.) at the moment and I would like to visit all options.
