Parking near the stadium is tough.
There are lots on the main campus which are about a 15 minute walk. You can also try parking either along the metra tracks (Green Bay) or west of Green Bay. My advice would be to come up Green Bay and park along the Metra if you can.
Public transportation is a solid option - both the Purple Line and the Metra stop very close (closer than you’ll be able to park)
Thank you!! This is so so helpful 🙏🏼
Take the train (purple line or metra) and then take the stadium shuttles. Go Cats!
Ooo all look solid, thank you!
I live in the neighborhood of the stadium. All of my neighbors sell their parking, but you have to get here early and be prepared to spend $30-$50. Some people do use spothero, so you can reserve in advance.
The golf course has several tailgating lots on Isavella St (north side of the stadium) that are $15+ for just parking (more if you plan to tailgate). These are also all first come first served, but I usually still see spaces within 30 min of the start of the game.
As others have mentioned, downtown Evanston has tons of parking that's inexpensive with shuttles to the stadium. The UP north line (metra) and purple line are also both super close to the stadium, so parking near another station and taking the train are very viable options.
This is awesome thank you!
