Is it normal to have multiple brokerage accounts example I have .. robinhood, e trade, coin base, fidelity? Or do people usually have everything in one place?

I came to US on an L1b in 2018 and switched to H1b in 2021 Oct. Current 797/visa expiry is stated as July 2023, by which I would have spent 1.5 years on H1b visa (and 3.5 years on L1b before that). During h1b extension , will I get another 4.5 years of extension? How does extension work when u switch visas?

I have an offer from Deloitte for an Consultant role. The Immigration team seems very slow in getting the H1B Transfer done (been close to a month and LCA not yet filed)
I wanted to know how Deloitte is regarding GC processing, I have my extension next year. Any thoughts ?

How long does it take for Deloitte to file for Green Card after you get your H1B (tenure with Deloitte > 3yrs)? Do I need to reach out to immigration team or will they kickstart the process?

Anybody with approved H1B but not stamped due to no on-site opportunity? Any ideas what should be the next step ? Can I apply for deloitte US job directly? Or look for jobs outside using the same visa approval?
