I got offer from Deloitte today and as per rule they will process GC after 2 years in Deloitte, but I have only 2 years 8 months remaining in my H1B. Will they process GC earlier?

I came to US on an L1b in 2018 and switched to H1b in 2021 Oct. Current 797/visa expiry is stated as July 2023, by which I would have spent 1.5 years on H1b visa (and 3.5 years on L1b before that). During h1b extension , will I get another 4.5 years of extension? How does extension work when u switch visas?
