Hello fellow techies!! I have a question.. it seems like my team and I aren’t being as effective as other Instructional Techs in other districts surrounding us and it drives me bonkers!!!! We don’t have a director. We are a team of 3. Can anyone shed some light and direction my way as to what I can do for my district? This is my second year as a techie and I want to improve so badly..
