Hi all, I’m currently in PwC AC Bangalore working in SAP(13months total work ex). I am really trying to get out of SAP(got selected to SAP randomly post campus placement) and get into analytics and/or something along the same lines which was my preferred domain. Hi, currently making 10.5 lakhs fixed as AM ( recently promoted) , have an offer from KPMG for consultant for 15.5 fixed. Should i take demotion from AM to consultant. Also if i resign now , will miss out on 1.3 lakhs rupees bonus which will get in September. Also please tell about DT-CDSG team at KPMG India. TIA

What is flexible compensation in KPMG? Is it like variable pay which depends on company’s performance or your rating? And what is the % of performance bonus which we can expect?

Why KPMG does not mention variable portion in Offer Letter unlike Deloitte, EY & PwC ? How do we came to know our variables ? Please suggest.

Need to know one thing urgently. Have attended lateral TCS interview and cleared TR and MR..But got to know in the MR round that my preferred base location they cant provide..So went ahead with it. HR discussion yet to happen.. In the meanwhile got another interview scheduled tomorrow frm TCS whose talent acquisition person told its a pan india location and any location can be provided...

is it OK to negotiate if you agreed upon an offer and number seems low when you see in offer letter . would the company/manager can block you if they feel like you are playing because you show interest and negotiating multiple times?

Got an offer from a startup for 19.5LPA.
Its base is 15L, and I'll be getting 124800 in-hand.

I have 3.5 yoe in typescript/react/NEXTjs fullstack. Out of which only 10 months are on a full time role, rest of time was freelancing.
I am also an open source contributor for some NEXTjs related tooling.

I've been offered a position at TCS with package of 10LPA and current ctc is 8+ 2lpa(retention bonus)

I've written an email to TCS for increasing the compensation, can i get a better offer from them? And if yes how should proceed

P.S- hike in current company will be in march and will have to stay till end of march 2024 to keep the retention bonus
