Anyone happy with those AI headshot services out there? I just tried one and it’s horrible! Too heavy handed where you don’t look like you at all. Surprised by how bad the results are. I think people want a retouched version of themselves, not a fake shot. Any headshot app to recommend that gives great results without remaking your face???

I work at KPMG and was told that I will not be promoted (from senior associate 2 to 3), but received pay rise as someone who was promoted. I’m currently comparing against account billable/number of accounts, however, there are still discrepancies. How do I be a decent manager to a coworker who's upset I've been promoted twice in two years and they haven't?
