Anyone have Genpact interview today or tomorrow?

In an upward trajectory after getting over a bad breakup last year. I’m in an excellent place by all accounts, soaring professionally, and got an excellent job lined up as the next step. Even though I started dating again, I have zero motivation to commit. The mental peace that I’ve gained is so great, I’d rather be alone and just focus on me.

Has anyone ever worked remotely outside of the country for an extended period of time? I have family outside of the country that I would really like to spend some time with without sacrificing my job. Any advice?

Any consulting companies with offices in the Bay Area feel they have a good in-person work culture? Being able to connect with colleagues matters a lot to me and I’m hoping to hear which companies have a strong and connected community out by SF! :)

Paralegals: My firm is looking for a paralegal, and I see the job posting advertising the salary as $65-$75k, with benefits. Is this a good salary for a paralegal (Greater LA area)? If I was a junior on a team during a campaign launch, is that something I can put in my book? I helped during the concepting phase, was responsible for keeping the boards up to date, and wrote a lot of the supporting materials (print, social etc) but obviously I was not on the shoot or the lead on writing the script. As long as I’m clear about my role is that acceptable?

My manager thinks the best next step for me is to move into management and leadership and has started pushing me to apply for an engineering manager role. They say that I will be a good fit because of my strong technical background paired with the leadership and people skills I display currently.
