I would rather prefer to celebrate my achievements of the past year at New year Eve. It gives me happiness and automatically motivates me to achieve something to celebrate next year
I always make some New Year's resolutions. I just see it as a fun thing, and it's a good excuse to think a bit about self-improvement. My main resolutions this year are to get more exercise and to read more books. I've gotten too sedentary and my attention span is shot, so it's time to work on those things.
I don't usually set New Year's resolutions. I find that if I do, it usually just sets me up for failure. Rather than set them once a year, I set goals all throughout the year and adjust when I need to.

I’m skipping the long list and just aiming for small things that make me happy every day :)
