Should I break up with my girlfriend? Has anyone successfully interfiled from eb3 back to eb2 after a job change to get their i-485 approved and green card processed... this is related to movement of dates in Oct 2020 when many of us from India downgraded from eb2 to eb3 because of eb3 india dates moving faster than eb2 and now eb2 final action dates are becoming current?

BAL is taking its own sweet time to file my H1B transfer. My LCA was approved on Dec 30. They have all the documents needed to file and give me an update every week saying they will be filing it shortly. Any of you folks experiencing the same ?

Anybody with approved H1B but not stamped due to no on-site opportunity? Any ideas what should be the next step ? Can I apply for deloitte US job directly? Or look for jobs outside using the same visa approval?

Anyone got H1B interview appointment? I am still waiting for the HR to confirm that I can go ahead and take an appointment. What is the process , why to still keep on waiting when I can see the appointments are available now.
