Has anyone been rejected at the H1B interview in india?

If i accept offer letter and then reject the offer of BNY Mellon, will they blacklist me so that I won't be able to interview there again?

I have cleared my 2 technical rounds for quantiphi and last Monday had discussion with HR. She told that she will get back in 2 day which she didn't. I called her she said she will update me later which she didn't. I called her today where she said it will take time . Please tell me whether is it fine ?

Adding this because I find this type of information helpful. Went through the interview process with Meta. They moved quick. Recruiter, hiring manager, and full loop all in a two week period. (I know this was fast because I’ve interviewed with Meta before and it was more like a month between hiring manager and full loop). I was told I would hear in 2 weeks or so on a decision. I got offer from Deloitte today and as per rule they will process GC after 2 years in Deloitte, but I have only 2 years 8 months remaining in my H1B. Will they process GC earlier?

I came to US on an L1b in 2018 and switched to H1b in 2021 Oct. Current 797/visa expiry is stated as July 2023, by which I would have spent 1.5 years on H1b visa (and 3.5 years on L1b before that). During h1b extension , will I get another 4.5 years of extension? How does extension work when u switch visas?
